exercise: cycling at ECP on fri
met up with ria n sundy at cp.followed by kimpei and daren.was like OMG cant go up the bike for two riders.HAHA.LOL rode for 2 hrs and was goin to rain. went to rest awhile and sundy wanted to try roller blading. he was kept unblancing and fell down. videos at facebook. took ice cream chat and home.
